A huge earthquake hit my hometown in Anchorage, AK today. Roads are collapsed, buildings are destroyed, gas shut down – needless to say I spent most of the day losing my shit. I’ve got to hand it to the state of Alaska for their responsiveness to the situation and the calm, precise measures they took to make sure people could get home to their families. I haven’t heard anything about anyone dying either which is just, amazing. But wow. What a day.
